We take puppies as young as 8 weeks with their first set of shots and Bordetella.
A half day of camp is 6 hours or less, during any time of the day! A full day consists of more than 6 hours.

We only offer two additional services Ala Carte: Our pawsome Ruff N’ Cuts Salon and Transpawtation! Both can be added either before or at check in.
Kingsmark offers Doggie Day Camp from 6am to 6pm!
We accommodate late pick ups until 10pm!
All accounts are required to have a medical power of attorney on file. If a guest needs medical attention, we generally refer to the vet on file. If the vet on file is unable to accommodate us in an emergency, then we refer to Canyon Pet Hospital. We attempt to remain in contact with the owner throughout the whole process.
Please make sure that your emergency contact is up to date on your pet’s account.

On your pet’s first day our staff gets to know your pet and match them with the best yards and pals to make them feel most comfortable and have a blast.
6 am to 6 pm seven days a week. Pick up is available from 6 am to 10 pm. Drop off is available from 6 am to 5:30 pm.

Our spacious condos offer our kitty guests plenty of room to stretch while enjoying a great view through the large bay window! Our playroom gives each guest access to cat trees and hiding places full of adventure and entertainment on a 55” flat screen TV.
Absolutely! We encourage everyone to come out and look at what Northern Arizona’s premiere pet resort has to offer. Tours are offered daily from 6 am to 6 pm. Tours are limited during holidays due to high occupancy.
Yes. Our entire facility has central heating and cooling. We maintain a temperature of 70 to 72 degrees year-round.
Yes! We take great pride in being the only pet resort in Northern Arizona that offers 24-hour care! We’re not sleeping on the job so you can sleep well knowing that your pup is! Our night attendants keep a loving eye on each guest, with no disruption of sleep!
We have 35 heavily treed and shaded play yards. Our facility is surrounded by a completely private 6-foot brick wall to maintain a safe and secure environment.
No, but we offer full-service baths, desheds, coconut oil treatments, mani-pedis, anal gland expression, and ear cleaning. No haircuts though.
Absolutely!! Our luxurious accommodations offer private rooms with cozy cot beds, flat screen HD TVs, climate controlled with constant air exchange and a personal courtyard. Book ahead though. We only have 10 of these suites, and they fill up fast.
Yes! Our Doggy Day Camp is jam-packed with activities that will keep your pup busy all day.
No, although we do have our social media platforms that you can look for your kiddo on or you can request daily texted updates when you check in! We are happy to send updates so you see your pet having a blast!

We don’t offer grooming for cats, though can give them an awesome bubble bath!
No. Our resort is the largest boarding kennel in Northern Arizona and has plenty of space to accommodate a variety of guests with different needs.
Please take your leash and collar with you once you have dropped off your pup(s). We print a play-safe, tear-away collar with all of their information on it upon arrival.
Yes. Any animal can catch an airborne virus, like canine cough. It is very similar to sending your kids to school. While we do require every guest to be fully vaccinated, they can still become ill, despite our best efforts.
We do not accept personal bedding, clothing, or toys because we do not want it to be lost or destroyed. We also do not want to bring any parasites or allergens from the warmer areas surrounding Flagstaff. Kingsmark prefers to maintain a controlled environment.

Medication administration is included in your pet’s stay! All medications are kept in a locked medication cabinet and are only accessible by managers. Since we have staff with your pet 24 hours a day, we can follow any schedule! We keep meticulous record of who administered it, what was administered, and what time it was administered. This ensures the highest standard of care for every guest needing medication. We do not accept any guest on injectable or anal medications.

Please bring your pet’s food, treats, and any medications/supplements they are taking. Kingsmark will provide bedding, dishes, and toys for each and every guest.

Yes, as long as they have had shots previously, it is perfectly fine. The only time we ask that your pet receive their vaccine prior to drop off is if they have not received a vaccine in over 12 months. If this is the case, we ask that your pet receive the required vaccine 72 hours prior to drop off for your pets health and safety.
Our guests go into one of our 35 yards to play from 6 am to 6 pm! Our camp counselors are in the yards throughout the day, monitoring guests for signs that they may need a break. All of our guests are tucked in after a final potty break at 9 pm.
Yes! We sell DHPP for $15 and Bordetella for $20, plus tax. This is an owner-administered vaccine. We will give you proof of vaccination but we, as staff, are not licensed to administer it.
We do not socialize cats. We have found that they prefer to have their own personal space.
Yes! We offer a 25% military discount to active duty or retired! We thank you for your service!
Absolutely not! Here at Kingsmark, we are all inclusive with daily activities, such as Doggy Day Camp, walks, or one-on-one play time.
We highly recommend that you bring your pet’s own food to avoid upset tummies. If you have a specific scoop that you use, please bring it, as we like to keep all our guests on the same amount of food that you feed at home. We do have a full-size fridge with a freezer and are more than happy to accommodate wet foods, raw diets or snacks that need refrigeration. If you would like, we offer a nutritionally balanced house food that is included at no additional cost.
Of course! We also offer a multi-pet discount of $12 per pet, for guests staying in the same suite.
Yes, we open at 6 am. We are here for you and your pet 365 days a year!
Yes. We do offer late pickup until 10 pm. All pick ups must have paid in advance in order to be checked out in our computer system by 6 pm.
Yes. We may ID as needed. If a friend or family member is picking up please have that name on file as well as having arrangements made for payment in advance.
No, although it is recommended. Since we are located in the cooler part of Northern Arizona, we do not have an abundant problem with fleas and ticks.
